Ann Breen... 북 아일랜드 출생입니다. 이 가수도 나이를 밝히기를 꺼리는지.... 어느 자료에도 나이는 철저하게 보이질 않습니다. 몇살쯤이라고 유추하기도 어렵게 되어있지요. 아마도 60은 이미 훨씬 넘었을 겁니다. 지금 부르는 목소리가 참 청아하지요. 한 40년전쯤 녹음이 된듯 싶습니다. 9살때 동네 콩쿨에 나가 애델바이스를 불러 우승을 하였고, 16세때 정식 가수로 데뷰했다고 하지요. Emmylou Harris .... 1947년생, 64세, ... 미국 알라바마 출생. 솔로 싱거, 밴드리더등을 통해 Artist로 활약. 이 노래는 50대 이후에게는 아주 익숙한 노래이지요. 1968년 Ann Breen이불러 최고의 힛트를 한 곡입니다. 그이후 오늘까지 수많을 가수들에의해 Remake가 되고 있지요. 30대초부터 다방에 가면 으례 듣던 추억의 노래...
